home > our values

Premier is committed to providing a first class product supported by a first class service. This quality commitment is delivered through:

the provision of a total service package, which gives customers best value and complete peace of mind
not using any sub-contractors thereby enhancing quality control
not deploying a call centre operation – all calls are personally answered by Premier staff and managed by a dedicated service desk
a policy of providing a free system replacement in the unlikely situation of not being able to repair a Premier water cooler following a call out
highly trained, experienced and customer-focussed field service engineers
a highly responsive and proactive customer service team
dedicated account managers, who will be the point of contact for clients at all times.

Corporate citzenship
Premier aims to be a good corporate citizen through its commitment to the environment and the community in which it operates.

We only use non-CFC cooling units in our dispensers and only purchase from water cooler manufacturers who adopt a responsible approach towards environmental issues as far as is possible. At the end of life the refrigeration unit is removed and if it is in good working order it is retained for spares, if not it is de-gassed and disposed of with an Environment Agency approved supplier.

Also all of our drinking water cups are recyclable and we actively encourage our clients to recycle the cups through the provision of Beca bins on a low cost rental basis. We can also arrange for used cups to be collected on a regular basis under the Save-a-Cup scheme

Premier was also the sponsor of the Best Practice Environmental and Social Responsibility Award at the South West Financial Communications Awards in 2007 – the awards recognise quoted companies in the region who have demonstrated best practice communications to their stakeholders.

In addition, Premier is a lead sponsor of the Water is Cool in School’s campaign, run by the Education & Resources for Improving Childhood Incontinence (ERIC) to improve the quality of provision and access to fresh drinking water for children in the UK primary and secondary schools.
