Premier Watercoolers appoints new Customer Relations Manager, offering customers a Rolls-Royce service.

Swindon-based Premier Watercoolers, the UK’s leading independent service provider for mains-fed water dispensers, appoints Paul Starsky as the company's new Customer Relations Manager.

Prior to joining Premier Watercoolers, Paul spent 20 years in the motor industry. His appointment highlights Premier’s commitment to personal, one-to-one customer service care.

Paul now serves as the point of contact for all customers, tailoring water dispensing packages to suit clients’ individual and changing needs.

Paul says: “Communication is key. Premier offers a personal service that’s tailored to each client’s requirements. We don’t have call centres, and we don’t sub-contract. When you call us, you speak directly to the people that can help. I’m thrilled to join such a thriving, dynamic, innovative company.”

Premier Watercoolers has enjoyed strong demand for its mains-fed water dispensers, which are supplied on a rental-based arrangement to around 2,500 clients in the UK, including blue chip corporations, household name brands, government and public sector organisations.

Next year, Premier, founded by Managing Director Phil Langley, will supply its 10,000th UK water dispenser unit.

Phil said: “We’re delighted to have Paul on board. At Premier, we’ve always been customer-focussed and committed to developing long lasting relationships with our customers. Paul will further strengthen our customer service team.”
